Please note we have several warehouses and will dispatch your order based on stock availability and quickest delivery potential.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders in the USA with a merchandise subtotal of $99 USD or more. For USA RETAIL customers only.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders in the EU with a merchandise subtotal of $149 USD or more (before VAT). For EU RETAIL customers only.

Eligibility

• The qualifying subtotal is calculated after all coupon codes and promotional discounts have been applied and before taxes.
• Orders that fall below the qualifying subtotal after discounts, promotions, or cancelled items are not eligible for free shipping.
• Special shipping requests, premium shipping services, or modifications to an order may disqualify the order from free shipping.
• Free shipping is available to qualifying delivery addresses within the United States (all 50 states) and the EU.
  • APO/FPO addresses are also eligible when using a valid United States ZIP Code.
• Some restrictions may apply to oversized or overweight shipments.

Shipping Method

• Free shipping orders are typically shipped via local postal or courier services selected by Advanced Tachyon Technologies International (ATTI) - Quantum Pleasure.
• Advanced Tachyon Technologies International (ATTI) - Quantum Pleasure reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select the shipping carrier, delivery method, and fulfillment warehouse based on factors such as package size, weight, destination, service availability, and logistics needs.

Additional Terms

• Only one coupon code may be used per order.
• Multiple gift certificates may be redeemed on the same order.
• This offer may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are not collected by Advanced Tachyon Technologies International (ATTI) - Quantum Pleasure.

Orders placed to USA shipping addresses may be shipped to the following list, including but not limited to:

European Warehouse

Orders placed to European shipping addresses may be shipped to the following list, including but not limited to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Places We Do Not Ship To

The following list includes the countries, territories, and regions to which we are currently unable to ship:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Russia, Seychelles, South Sudan, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.

Product Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of these specialized products, all sales are final. We can not accept any returned Tantra product for refund, credit, or replacement unless it can be shown to have been damaged during shipment. If this is the case, please contact us at tantra@planet-tachyon.com within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Please be aware that we strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact Customer Support at tantra@planet-tachyon.com as soon as possible.

European Customers: Please note that due to the time difference between our corporate headquarters in Colorado and our fulfillment center in the Netherlands, your order may ship before our Customer Service office opens in the morning.
